The Coorg tour begins in Mysore and lasts three days in a private automobile. You can choose where you want to travel and what you want to see during your three-day Coorg package tour. This tour is completely customizable, so you can choose which areas to visit and what to see from our proposed Coorg trip itinerary from the Mysore package itinerary.
Day 1: Mysore to Coorg /Sightseeing
Pick up from Mysore Railway Station / Bus Stand / Airport / Hotel / Residence by 08:00 am. Proceed to Coorg. En route visit Bylakuppe - the largest Tibetan settlement in South India and is famous for Tibetian Golden Temple. On arrival at Coorg check in to the hotel. Later visit the Coffee Plantation Tour - which provides great knowledge of the region's coffee cultivation. And visit Madikeri Fort, Raja's Tomb, and early evening Raja's Seat. Overnight stay at Coorg.
Day 2: Coorg Sightseeing
After breakfast, start day two of Coorg Sightseeing. Drive to Talakaveri - the birthplace of river Cauvery. En route visit Bhagamandala - Bhagandeshwara Temple and Triveni Sangama (confluence of the three sacred rivers). After lunch visit Abbey Falls, Mandalpatti (dropped till jeep stand, jeep to be hired - additional), and Omkareshwar Temple. Overnight stay at Coorg
Day 3: Coorg to Mysore /Departure
After breakfast, check out of the hotel by 09:00 am. Visit Dubare Elephant Camp - elephant interaction and safari. Later you can enjoy river water rafting (seasonal - August to December). And visit Kaveri Nisargadhama - an island formed by the river Cauvery. If time permits visit Chiklihole Reservoir or Harangi Dam. Proceed to Mysore. On arrival get transferred to Mysore Bus Stand / Railway Station / Airport
