Srah Srang was the King's bathing pond, where he washed his many concubines every day. King Suryavarman - Takeo This temple was commissioned by me in the 10th century, but it was never finished, therefore it lacks the ornate adornment of its contemporaries. It is a five-level pyramid dedicated to Shiva. Lunch at a neighbourhood eatery.

Visit Kbal Spean Temple in the afternoon. There are carvings in the rock there of Buddha and other Buddhist figures that originate from a later period than the lingas.
